What should I tell you about my 50 years of life since graduating from Kellogg without writing a book?
My life has been a very full, busy active life. I moved to the St. Louis, MO area a few years after graduating from St. Cloud State University. I enjoyed a long an successful career in the consumer electronics industry retiring a few years ago. What gives me the most pleasure though looking back is not my career, but my family. I am currently widowed, and have the good fortune to have 2 amazing daughters, 3 wonderful stepsons and 8.75 grandchildren (another grandson is due at the end of Sept.) I miss my husband tremendously and I am still sorting through what to do with the rest of my life without him. I am sure other classmates have experienced this type of loss and I am interested in hearig how each of you have coped.
I brought the love of the outdoors with me from Minnesota and enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, golfing, pickleball. I also volunteer quite a bit at church and am a certified Therapy Dog team with my yellow lab Cache, plus grandbaby sitting twice a wek, and am involved in other organizations. I enjoy traveling though I did so much of it during my working career, that sometimes staying home is just fine.
